Ceramic Fiber Surface Rigidizer

This is a liquid hardening agent specifically developed to enhance the surface strength of ceramic fiber products. Its primary component uses high-purity Colloidal Silica, containing nano-sized silica particles for excellent penetration and bonding.

When sprayed or brushed onto the surface of ceramic fiber blankets, modules, or boards, it penetrates the fiber layer and forms a hard surface upon drying. This hardened layer effectively resists erosion from high-velocity gas flows within the furnace (Anti-erosion), prevents fiber dusting and peeling, and extends the overall service life of the lining.
