Manufactured using a vacuum forming process with an embedded steel basket frame, it is robust yet lightweight, serving as a perfect replacement for heavy traditional cast iron ladles.


This product features excellent "non-wetting" properties against molten aluminum alloys, providing superior corrosion resistance. Its outstanding thermal insulation ensures that temperature loss during transport is controlled within 5°C, significantly improving casting quality and energy efficiency.
