PTFE Filter Bags

PTFE Filter Bag (Type 754 MPS)

This product is manufactured using high-specification PTFE/PTFE 754 MPS needle felt. Unlike traditional filter media, it combines MPS Micro Pore Technology with a fine fiber layer structure, achieving excellent surface filtration to effectively intercept sub-micron dust.

The filter bags undergo a Full Bath PTFE Treatment, endowing the fibers with exceptional resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, as well as water and oil repellency. With a tensile strength of up to 850N in both length and cross directions, it maintains structural stability even under rigorous pulse-jet cleaning environments, extending service life.

  • MPS Micro Pore Filtration: Utilizes fine fibers to form dense pores, significantly reducing emission concentrations.
  • Full Bath Corrosion Resistance: PTFE impregnation coats every fiber, resisting strong acids and alkalis.
  • High Temperature Stability: Continuous resistance up to 250°C, with peak resistance up to 280°C.
  • High Permeability & Low Pressure Drop: Air permeability up to 150 l/dm² min ensures efficient system operation.
