The Ceramic Fiber Module is a monolithic fiber block made from high-purity synthetic materials. Manufactured on a fully automated continuous production line, the ceramic fiber blanket is pre-compressed to ensure a solid fiber structure free of crystal powder and shot.


Its unique "multi-direction compression" feature allows the module to expand in four directions after installation, creating a seamless furnace lining that effectively prevents gas leakage. Compatible with various anchoring systems, it ensures fast installation and firm positioning.

  • Monolithic Seamless Structure: Forms a high-strength, gap-free solid entity after firing.
  • Excellent Gas Velocity Resistance: Withstands airflow up to 40-45m/s (Traditional folded modules only ~25m/s).
  • Multi-Direction Expansion: Ensures the lining expands fully to seal joints, providing superior insulation.
